Rakomelo
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 2 cups raki
- 1⁄2 cup thyme honey
Directions:
- Heat cloves and cinnamon sticks in a 1-qt. saucepan over medium-high until toasted, 1–2 minutes.
- Add raki and thyme honey.
- Boil; cook 5 min.
Yields: 2 servings
