THE WORLD’S BEST HOT CHOCOLATE
2 cups non-fat dry milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
2 tablespoons malted milk powder
Dash of salt
Miniature marshmallows, optional

Combine all ingredients, except marshmallows, in medium-sized bowl. Toss well with fork to blend well. To use, place 4 tablespoons of the mixture into a mug and add one cup of boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with miniature marshmallows, if desired and serve hot. Makes approximately 4 cups mix. The powdered mix keeps forever in a tightly covered jar.
