Hot Buttered Rum Cider

Hot Buttered Rum Cider

1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
Pinch of Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Butter (not margarine)
3 tablespoons Dark Rum

1/6 Lemon
2-3 Whole Cloves
1 thin slice Orange
3/4 cup HOT Apple Cider
1 stick Cinnamon Stick

In a mug, mix maple syrup, brown sugar, nutmeg, butter and rum. Squeeze juice from lemon into mug, and then add the lemon. Stud cloves into orange slice and add to mug. Fill mug with hot apple cider. Stir with cinnamon stick. Leave stick in mug while serving.
