Pepperoni Pizza in a Mug

Pepperoni Pizza in a Mug

Ingredient:

    • 3/8 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    • 1/4 cup Marinara
    • 3 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
    • 1 Tbsp Shredded Mozzarella
    • 5 Turkey Pepperoni Slices

Instructions: (make in your MogoBox 15 oz. Classic White Mug)

    1. Mix the egg whites and marinara in a small mug before adding the breadcrumbs.
    2. Stir until evenly mixed.
    3. Add the mozzarella on top of the mixture.
    4. Top with pepperoni.
    5. Microwave for 1:45 – 2 minutes.

Notes:

    • Use mini turkey pepperoni or dice the larger slices and stir into the mixture in addition to the top layer
    • 3 Tbsp of liquid egg whites is roughly the equivalent of one whole egg’s whites.
    • You’re only using 1 Tbsp of cheese, so going with reduced-fat or full-fat won’t make a huge difference.

Microwave Time: 1 min. 45 seconds to 2 minutes
