Pepperoni Pizza in a Mug
Ingredient:
- 3/8 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Marinara
- 3 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 Tbsp Shredded Mozzarella
- 5 Turkey Pepperoni Slices
Instructions: (make in your MogoBox 15 oz. Classic White Mug)
- Mix the egg whites and marinara in a small mug before adding the breadcrumbs.
- Stir until evenly mixed.
- Add the mozzarella on top of the mixture.
- Top with pepperoni.
- Microwave for 1:45 – 2 minutes.
Notes:
- Use mini turkey pepperoni or dice the larger slices and stir into the mixture in addition to the top layer
- 3 Tbsp of liquid egg whites is roughly the equivalent of one whole egg’s whites.
- You’re only using 1 Tbsp of cheese, so going with reduced-fat or full-fat won’t make a huge difference.
