They are also a very good source of dietary fiber. In addition, oranges are a good source of B vitamins including vitamin B1, pantothenic acid and folate as well as vitamin A, calcium, copper and potassium.


    • 2 oranges, peeled & sectioned
    • 1 frozen banana, chunked
    • ¼ c. orange juice
    • 2 T. yogurt
    • 1 tsp. vanilla


    1. Blend in blender until smooth.
    2. Serve immediately.

Yields:  1 Mug with Attitude serving
