- 1.25 oz. Bacardi Limón
- 3/4 oz. Cointreau
- 1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Rokz salt for rim
- Lemon peel carved into a capital “T” for garnish
- Scoop of premium red Atlantic salmon caviar
- Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and serve in a martini glass with a Rokz salted rim and a T-shaped lemon peel.
- Finish with a scoop of premium red Atlantic salmon caviar.
