Tropical Carrot Smoothie


    • 4 oz carrotschopped
    • 4 oz pineapple
    • 1 pearchopped
    • 2 tbsp goji berries
    • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup ice


    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Serve.

Nutrition Facts:

    • Approximately 173 calories, 5g fat, 30g carbs, 6g fiber, 15g sugar, 5g protein per 12-ounce serving
