Slow-Cooker Hot Mulled Apple Cider
- 1 gallon apple cider, preferably fresh
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 clementines, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- One 2-inch piece fresh ginger
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole star anise
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- Combine everything in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for at least 2 hours, until the flavors meld.
- Serve hot.
Yields: 8 – 10 servings
