RumChata White Hot Chocolate

RumChata White Hot Chocolate


    • 1-1⁄2 cups milk
    • 3/4 cup half and half
    • 1 bar (~4.4 ounces) good quality white chocolate, chopped 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1⁄4 cup RumChata Liqueur
    • Whipped cream, for garnish
    • Mini marshmallows, for garnish
    • Ground cinnamon, for garnish


    1. Pour the milk and half and half into a small saucepan. Heat on medium-low heat, just until bubbles form around the edges of the pan. Don’t let the milk come to a boil!
    2. Immediately turn the heat off, then add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted, then pour in the vanilla extract and RumChata.
    3. Serve with a big dollop of whipped cream, some mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Cook Time:  10 minutes
