Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate


    • 2 ½ cups milk
    • 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix (no marshmallows)
    • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
    • 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • ¼ tsp. vanilla
    • pinch of salt
    • whipped cream, marshmallows, caramel sauce optional


    1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, whisk together milk and hot cocoa mix.
    2. Once combined, add in canned pumpkin, vanilla, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
    3. Turn heat up to medium-high and cook until your hot chocolate is hot enough to your liking
    4. Turn off heat and pour into mugs.
    5. Top with marshmallows, whipped cream, caramel sauce, cinnamon or whatever else. Enjoy!
