- 2 Tablespoons sugar-free creamer
- concentrate made from instant coffee
- Tablespoon of pumpkin puree
- 1/16th tsp xanthan gum
- Pour a cup of hot water over the instant coffee
- Pour the concentrate into a blender with the milk, creamer, sweetener, xanthan gum and ice.
- Blend to desired thickness.
