- 10 dried chipotle peppers with seeds and stems removed
- 2 ½ cups water
- 2 cups local honey
- Latte
Instructions:

- Toast the chiles on a dry skillet over medium heat. Turn regularly to keep from burning. Once blistered
and toasty smelling, add water and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer covered for 20 minutes. - Remove from heat and stir in honey to dissolve. Decant into a bottle where it will last in the fridge for a
month. - Add an ounce to your best latte.
