Key Lime Pie Protein Smoothie

Key Lime Pie Protein Smoothie


    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I used Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, which has 100 calories per scoop
    • ¾ cup Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk Original or Vanilla flavored
    • ¾ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
    • Zest from 1 lime about 2 teaspoons
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1-2 cups ice
    • For topping: ½ of a wholegrain graham cracker crushed {See note below for a homemade version!}


    1. Add first 6 ingredients to blender and combine!
    2. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
    3. Serve immediately.

Prep Time:  5 minutes

Yields:  1 Mug with Attitude serving
