Homemade Apple Tea
Lazy evening with a cup of warm fruit tea… this is what we all need from time to time!
Ingredients:
- 80 g dry apples
- 3 cm fresh ginger root
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 5 stars anise
- 1,5 g stevia
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 liter cold water
Directions:
- Peel the ginger root and cut it into pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in a pot together with 1 liter of cold water.
- Bring it to boil and cook slowly for about 20 minutes.
