Chocolate Mug Cake

MogoBlog MogoLicious Tasty Tip of the Day:   A sprinkle of chocolate chips and a few fresh berries are the perfect finish for this chocolatey cake.

Chocolate Mug Cake


  • 1/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4.5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 strawberries or cherries

Directions (make in your MogoBox Mug):

  1. Begin by combining all your dry ingredients and pouring into a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour in 1 teaspoon of mini chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
  4. Top with remaining mini chips and strawberries. ENJOY!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
