Caribbean Pumpkin Punch

MogoBlog MogoLicious Tasty Tip of the Day: A deliciously refreshing pumpkin drink made with pureed pumpkin and milk. The addition of Guinness and nutmeg gives this drink an amazing flavor.


    • 2 cups cooked, pureed, pumpkin or a small pumpkin to get the equivalent
    • 4 cups milk
    • 3/4 cup Guinness
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • Dash of Bitters
    • Condensed milk to sweeten (approximately 3 tablespoons)


    1. If using fresh pumpkin peel and cube and add to pot with just enough water just below the line of pumpkin. Add a pinch of salt and boil until tender. Cool and puree. You need 2 cups of pureed pumpkin
    2. Add pumpkin puree, milk, guinness and nutmeg to blender and blend
    3. Add bitters and sweeten to taste
    4. Chill and serve

Prep Time:  20 minutes

Yields:  4 – 6 Mug with Attitude servings
