Cadbury in Oaxaca


    • 1 Cadbury Chocolate Crème Egg
    • 1 cup of coconut milk
    • 1 1/2 ounce Gem & Bolt Mezcal
    • 1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse
    • Dash of cayenne
    • Sea Salt


    1. On a double boiler, melt Cadbury Chocolate Crème Egg with coconut milk.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and stir.
    3. Pour into a mug or glass with a handle.
    4. Top with whipped cream and a pinch of flake sea salt.
    5. Serve hot.

Yields:  1 Mug with Attitude serving
