It’s time to enjoy the Baileys Freakshake, a cocktail recipe with so many layers of naughty deliciousness that your guests might remove one when you’re not looking. Wave them off with one hand as you blend with the other, and make sure you’ve the full dairy quota in this delicious recipe. Milk it for all it’s worth!
- 50 ml. Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur
- 125 ml. Milk
- 50 ml. Coffee
- 1 piece Chocolate Brownie
- 4 tbsp Whipped Cream
- 4 scoops Ice Cream
- 4 tbsp Chocolate Spread
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Sauce
- 4 tbsp Sprinkles
Rub chocolate spread inside a glass.
Dip into sprinkles.
Holding the glass upside down, place in a small bowl or plate of 3 tbsp sprinkles so they stick to the rim of the glass.
Place ice cream, coffee, Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur and milk in a blender.
Add 3 scoops ice cream, 50 ml coffee, 50 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and 125 ml milk to a blender.
Blend thoroughly and pour into the glass.
Whip the cream.
Using a whisk, beat cream until it forms solid peaks.
Top with more ice cream, whipped cream, a chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce and sprinkles.
Place 1 scoop ice cream, 3 tbsp whipped cream on top of the drink, followed by a chocolate brownie and drizzle over 1 tbsp. chocolate sauce and 1 tbsp sprinkles to garnish.
