Anthoil Brose Scotch Cocktail


  • 13 cups scotch
  • 12 cup steel-cut oatmeal
  • 23 cup heavy cream
  • 14 cup honey


  1. Stir scotch and oatmeal in a bowl; cover with cheesecloth. Let sit in a cool, dark place for 2 days.
  2. Strain into a 1-qt. saucepan.
  3. Add heavy cream and honey.
  4. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Serve in heatproof glasses or mugs.

Yields:  2 – 4 servings
