Mint Tea

Mint Tea

  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • Splash Honey, optional
  • Splash of Whole milk, optional

Directions:

  1. There isn’t really a recipe for mint tea, but rather a method. Wash and tear up the fresh mint leaves. (Spearmint, peppermint, chocolate mint; the variety doesn’t matter.)
  2. Put them in a French press or teapot and pour some boiling water over them.
  3. Allow to steep for about 3-7 minutes, depending on how strong you want your tea.
  4. Feel free to add a bit of honey or even a splash of whole milk if you want.
  5. Enjoy.
