Loaded Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients:

- 1 banana, previously sliced and frozen
- ½ cup (120 mL) strong brewed coffee, chilled
- ½ cup (120 mL) milk (any variety)
- ¼ cup (25 g) rolled oats
- Optional: spoonful of nut butter
- Optional: chocolate
Instructions:

- Freeze the banana and brew the coffee the night before.
- Peel the banana, slice it, and stick it in the freezer the night before.
- Brew the coffee the night before.
- Throw everything into a blender and blitz!
