How do I place an Order?
To place an order, click on “Add to Cart” for merchandise you want to purchase. After clicking “Add to Cart,” a drop down will appear that will show the added item(s). You can then click on the shopping bag or the blue “View Cart” tab or go directly to “Checkout” by clicking on the orange tab where you will be redirected to your shopping cart or checkout respectively. The “View Cart” page will show all merchandise located in your shopping cart. Here you can change the quantities of a specific item, delete items or clear cart, input discount codes, calculate shipping and tax, view your current purchase total of your shopping cart, or click on the orange “Checkout” tab to proceed to checkout. If you want to continue shopping, click on the “Mug Shop” on the upper menu bar. You can return to your shopping cart at any time by placing your cursor over the shopping bag icon in the top right of the website. The cart preview will display items in your shopping cart and provides you with the option of clicking “View Cart” for a detailed view of your items, or “Checkout” if you are ready to proceed to checkout.

In your shopping cart, upon clicking the orange “Proceed to Checkout” tab, you will be redirected to the checkout detail page.  First you will be asked to complete your Billing Information. You will have the option of using your billing information as your shipping information or changing it. Be sure to check the appropriate box.  Second, depending on the box you checked, you must complete your shipping information. Third, if you have any special notes, fill in the “Order Notes”. “Your Order” will be populated with your order details. Fourth, select your Shipping Method. Total purchase price will adjust automatically. After choosing your shipping method, the fifth step, is to check that you have read the “Terms and Conditions” viewable by clicking on the link which will open in a new window. Sixth, click on the blue “Proceed to Paypal” tab, which brings up your secure “MogoCart LLC”  order review with the options of logging into your Paypal Account or check out with a credit card. Follow the directions on Paypal to complete your secure checkout purchase.

How do I View my Orders?
You must be logged into the website to view “My Account” and your order history. You may view recent orders in your “Dashboard” found in “My Account.” For a more detailed order history, “Orders” are located in your “My Account” page.
Can I get a Refund?

Yep, we want you to be satisfied, but you only have 30 days, so be quick. Sorry, we have to exclude personalized mugs and books for refunds.  No questions asked on the other though, although we will be curious (If you volunteer the info, it will help us improve)! You are responsible for the return shipping charge so be sure you really want to return an item. Package products along with all tags/documents and the Return Form and send to: MogoBox (attn.: Returns) PO Box 6173, Diamondhead MS 39525. Do You have any Promotions?
MogoBox may run special promotions and offers from time to time. Any special promotion run by Company shall only be valid if Company on the Site or in an email newsletter announces it. Certain promotions may only be valid for a limited time; such details will be announced at the time of the promotion or offer. Once the advertised time limit of any such promotion has been reached the promotion is also finished. Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate any special promotion or offer.
Can I update my Account Information?
You can access your account information by hovering your mouse over the Howdy (your name), which opens a dropdown menu and click on “Edit My Profile”  located at the top right of the websites. Here we have made it simple for you to control your account information. You can edit your contact information, shipping or billing information, change your account password, update email notification preferences, view MogoPoints, access My Wishlist, see your product reviews, tags, and Refer-a-Friend to us.
