Chunky Monkey Protein Shake

MogoBlog MogoLicious Tasty Tip of the Day: If you are a peanut butter fan, you will love this shake. It has a very predominant peanut butter flavor with subtle hints of banana. If you don’t taste very much chocolate, even though dutch chocolate whey protein powder (not vegan) is used, you can always add cocoa powder in there if you so desire, for a more complex flavor.

Ingredients:

    • 3/4 of a frozen banana
    • 4-5 ice cubes
    • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
    • 1-2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:

    1. Blend it all up
    2. Enjoy!

Nutritional Information:

    • 208 calories, 28g carbs, 20g protein (based on use of 2 Tbsp PB2)
