Black Pepper Cherry Smash

 Ingredients:

    • 1 cup Cherry Lowfat Kefir
    • ¼ cup cherries, pitted and frozen
    • ½ banana, frozen
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • fresh mint, garnish

Instructions:

    1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
    2. Pour into a glass and garnish with cherries and fresh mint.
