Anthoil Brose Scotch Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 1⁄3 cups scotch
- 1⁄2 cup steel-cut oatmeal
- 2⁄3 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup honey
Directions:
- Stir scotch and oatmeal in a bowl; cover with cheesecloth. Let sit in a cool, dark place for 2 days.
- Strain into a 1-qt. saucepan.
- Add heavy cream and honey.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Serve in heatproof glasses or mugs.
